Il tempo che scorre si vive a diverse velocità seduti ai tavoli del ristorante dello Schio Hotel.
C’è il tempo della Prima Colazione che non vorremmo chiamare "piccola" perchè presenta una serie di proposte a buffet di grande qualità, con delizie dolci e salate calde e fredde, formaggi, salumi, frutta composta e fresca affettata, uova in diverse preparazioni, bacon e piccole salsicce di casa con ottime verdure.
A metà del giorno giunge il tempo della Colazione di lavoro, con gustosi e informali piatti unici a diretto contatto con la cosiddetta dieta mediterranea, ricca di pasta, verdure, carni bianche, pesce o anche solamente insalate di vario genere e molta frutta. Un bel modo di organizzare una "pausa pranzo", leggera ma appetitosa, che consenta la pronta ripresa degli impegni.
C’è il tempo della cena nel più assoluto relax, favorito dalle note del pianoforte, con antipasti di pesce e verdure oppure di salumi caserecci, primi piatti di pasta fresca e risotti espressi, seguiti da tènere carni bianche sposate a delicate verdure oppure sapide Carni rosse accompagnate dai migliori prodotti che l’orto fornisce di stagione in stagione. Un piacevole modo di chiudere una giornata di lavoro, da vero Gourmet, scegliendo i migliori Vini, godendo di un’ospitalità di classe sempre molto discreta e professionale.
C’è poi il tempo dei Ricevimenti d’ogni tipo compresi quelli Nuziali, dei Cocktails e delle Cene di Rappresentanza che qui si organizzano con dovizia di particolari per un sicuro successo Personale o Aziendale, in una cornice raffinata che esalta le ragioni della scelta.
Ma al Ristorante dello Schio Hotel c’è anche il tempo delle iniziative "Cibo per la Mente", che nelle serate dei fine settimana arricchiscono le proposte culinarie, affiancando alla buona cucina locale dell’ottima Musica - anche Internazionale - rigorosamente dal vivo.
Senza trascurare l’Arte nelle sue varie espressioni, Pittura o Scultura ma anche Poesia e Prosa, con incontri Vernissage di elevato tenore artistico per abbracciare più stili, nell’intento di offrire anche in questo settore un Servizio Quattrostelle, essendo questo l’unico Albergo di categoria che in Città e nella Val Leogra offre un proprio Servizio di Ristorazione. Cucina espressa, legata alle stagioni e alle Primizie che ai Viaggiatori nell’Alto Vicentino parla anche del desco leogrino d’un tempo, del suo Territorio e dei suoi Prodotti tipici, in una sorta di reciproco rapporto fiduciario che attende di essere vissuto fino in fondo.

You can live the flow of time in many different speeds sitting at the tables of Schio Hotel Restaurant.
You have the Breakfast Time, that we wouldn’t call "small breakfast", because you can find a very large buffet with high-quality cakes, hot and warm salty meals, cheese, salami, fruits, a good choice of eggs with bacon or small sausage and, at the end, many very good vegetables.
In the Midday you have the Lunch Time for a quick lunch with tasty dishes, with tipical proposal of Mediterranean cuisine like pasta, vegetables, whitemeat, fish or just some salad or fruit. Such a good Break in a very hard Business Day!
You have the relaxing Dinner Time, surrounded by the cheery notes of the Piano. We offer you a good choice of Fish and Vegetable appetizers or homemade salami, first courses of fresh Pasta or risotto; and following you can find a lot of pork, beef, roast and chicken, accompanied by the best products of the season. A very good way to reach the end of the day, after a good glass of one of the our Wines.
You have then the Time of Meetings including Wedding ceremonies, Cocktails and Gala Dinner that we usually organize with the best accuracy, in a refined frame.
But in the Schio Hotel Restaurant we can also offer the Time of Food for Brain: during the weekends enriches the culinary proposal, putting together good local cuisine with a very nice - even International - Live Music.
Without forgetting the Art in its various expressions like Painting and Sculpture, but also Poetry and Prose. Vernissages’ Meetings in an elevated artistic way to include more styles, with the purpose of offering a Four Stars service, because Schio Hotel is the only one in its category that offers a Restaurant Service in the local area.
