Welcoming you into our restaurant is another way for us to make you feel at home. There are select dishes on our menu typical of Veneto cuisine, created from traditional recipes made with the ingredients from our region, in line with the heartfelt philosophy of our chef, Roberto Rigon. The typical Gargati della Valleogracon Consiero e tartufo dei colli, [a type of pasta with seasonal meat and vegetable dressing, and truffle], Bigoli con Arna [pasta with duck], BacalĂ  alla vicentina con Polenta [Vicenza-style salt cod and polenta], Porchetta di Zugliano [Zugliano-style pork]: these are just some of the choices on the menu to savour in our restaurant. And, of course, there is our most popular dessert, the Venetian tiramisu.

A menu to suit you

Our menu is based on traditional Veneto cuisine, but it can be customised to suit your diet, intolerances and allergies. We often host sports teams and we are used to working with team nutritionists and professionals who look after their diets. We can make changes to the menu to meet the needs of those with allergies, celiac disease or dietary preferences, such as vegetarian or vegan diets.

For hotel guests and for guests passing through

The environment is bright and well-designed and seats approximately 100 inside, with a small covered terrace for intimate aperitifs in our small garden. The restaurant is open from Monday to Friday for hotel guests and is also accessible for those just passing through.
